CAB是一种两性表面活性剂，具有良好的清洗、起泡、调理作用,与阴离子、阳离子和非离子表面活性剂相容性好。本品刺激性小、性能温和，泡沫细腻且稳定，适用于配置香波、沐浴露、洗面奶等，可增强对头发、皮肤的柔软性。

具有良好的起泡效果，广泛用于油田开采上，主要作用就是作为降粘剂、驱油剂和泡沫剂，充分利用其表面活性，浸润、渗透、剥离含油泥浆中的原油，提高三采采收率。

CAB is an amphoteric surfactant that has a very good cleaning, foaming, and conditioning effect and excellent compatibility with anionic, cationic, and non-ionic surfactants. Low in irritation and mild in performance, the product produces fine and stable foam. It is used for the preparation of shampoo, bath liquid, facial cleanser, and some other similar products to enhance the softness of hair and skin.With a good foaming effect, CAB is also extensively applied as a viscosity reducer, oil-displacing agent, or foaming agent in oilfield production to improve the rate of tertiary oil recovery by fully utilizing its surface activity to infiltrate, penetrate, and strip the crude oil in oily mud.
